The Uganda people’s defence forces deputy spokesperson has assured the general public that despite the on-going security crisis in DR Congo, Operation shujja remains unaffected and UPDF will continue to ensure that Uganda borders are well protected. It should be noted that M23 over ran the town of Goma in Eastern Congo after a gun fire exchange which the Congolese Army FARDC.
